Daily Pass Error Code - B2 Name/Address Wrong?

If the name or address listed above is incorrect in any of the following ways:

  • Name is wrong or misspelled
  • Address is wrong

Please help us correct your record by emailing the following information to Ezbuy@cityofchicago.org:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address

AND attach one of the following to the email:

  • A copy of your unexpired Illinois Driver's License (showing the complete and correct address)

- OR -

  • a copy of your Driver's License, U.S. Passport or US Military ID, or matricula

      ALONG WITH a copy of any of the following documents that bears the same name and shows the updated and complete address:

  • Current mortgage or lease
  • A bill for any of the following utilities/services/fees:
    • Property tax
    • Water, gas, or electric
    • Landline phone
    • Satellite or cable television
    • USPS Change of Address Confirmation

Within 48 hours, the Office of the City Clerk will create/update your resident profile, and then reply to your email to notify you to try purchasing again. Please note that if you proceed with purchasing daily passes for an inaccurate name/address, you risk significant delays in receiving your Residential Daily Parking Passes. Residential Daily Parking Passes returned to our office cannot be re-mailed to a new name or new address.
