Please allow 10-14 business days for processing and delivery.

Your current vehicle sticker expires on June 30th, 2008.

City Vehicle Sticker:

If you have your vehicle sticker renewal application, enter your application number for a faster purchase.
If you do not have your renewal number, you will need your driver's license number, license plate number and vehicle make/model to complete the transaction.
Senior citizen vehicle stickers are only available for online renewals.
You cannot purchase a vehicle sticker online if you have the following specialty license plates: Universal Veterans, POW/MIA, Prevent Violence, Mammogram, Sport Series, Collegiate Series, Fire Fighter, Master Mason and Wildlife Prairie Park. Click here for in person sales locations.
Your Drivers License and Vehicle Information will be required to complete all transactions.

Residential Parking Permit Renewals:

You can only purchase residential parking permits online with a renewal application number. Click here for in person sales locations.
You must provide your 2008-2009 vehicle sticker number to complete the online renewal of your residential parking permit. If you purchased your 2008-2009 vehicle sticker online, print the sticker receipt page which has your 2008-2009 vehicle sticker number on it.

Payment Options:

New Vehicle Purchase or New Resident or Prorated Fees:

You have thirty (30) days from the date you moved to Chicago or from the date you purchased your new vehicle to purchase a vehicle sticker without incurring a $40 late fee (Chicago Municipal Code 3-56-050(b)). All online transactions between July 16th and May 1st will incur the late fee. For information on what documentation is needed to avoid this fee, please click here.
In addition, new residents and new vehicle purchases are eligible to purchase a vehicle sticker at a prorated fee. For more information on prorated fees, please click here.
