Substantive adopted legislation are ordinances, orders, resolutions and communications which are noteworthy in scope, substance or relevance and which have been adopted by the full City Council at the meeting date(s) noted. These items include, but are not limited to, the following subjects: appointments; municipal code amendments; tax increment financing district initiatives; settlement orders; redevelopment project agreements; land subdivisions; property sales, exchanges, leases and acquisitions; historic landmark designations; formal statements or expressions of opinion by the Mayor and members of the City Council; and establishment or amendment of departmental directives, authority or jurisdiction.
