The Office of the City Clerk is excited to announce the launch of our new CityKey appointment system! Moving forward, you must schedule an appointment for a CityKey event. We created the appointment system to remove uncertainty and allow you to reserve a time slot at a CityKey event. You can follow the instructions in our Applying for your CityKey section.
With the new system, you can schedule, view or cancel your appointment by clicking on the lookup an existing appointment and cancel or reschedule an appointment buttons on the appointment homepage.
Remember, you must bring the confirmation code that was provided to you by the appointment system. The confirmation code must be presented at the time of the appointment to enter the event and apply for a CityKey.
Please note, that a record of your email address will be kept and used to provide you with CityKey appointment details.
