Note: Only Chicago residents are eligible to apply.

1. Confirm you have the correct documents to apply. To determine what documents you can submit, review the CityKey Document Guide. 

2. Fill out a CityKey Application by selecting an option below:

3. Bring your Application to one of our Mobile Printing Sites. 

Ticket numbers are distributed per person open upon arrival. Each individual must have their own ticket number.
