The Office of the City Clerk, along with various City departments and sister agencies, Aldermanic offices and community organizations are joining forces to bring all of City Hall’s services to the community.

Today, Chicago City Clerk, Anna M. Valencia, announced the launch of the new Mobile City Hall initiative. From June through October, Mobile City Halls will be hosted regionally and will be held on select week days, nights and weekends to ensure these services are conveniently available to hardworking Chicagoans. At these Mobile City Hall sites residents will not only have access to city services but an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the services City Hall offers.

At Mobile City Hall sites residents can access many of the services that the City Clerk’s office offers including:

  • Purchase City Stickers;
  • Purchase Residential Parking Daily Permits;
  • Obtain dog licenses;
  • Apply for a CityKey; and,
  • Learn more about the Chicago Rx Program.

“City Hall services should be available to all Chicagoans regardless of their ZIP code,” said

Clerk Valencia. “That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of our Mobile City Hall and I’m even more excited to work together with all of our departments, community partners and Aldermen to ensure city government is accessible to all of our residents.”
