Clerk Valencia’s Mobile City Hall initiative returns for 2025
The resource fairs are being regionalized and including vendors from different sectors

CHICAGO – City Clerk Anna Valencia's Mobile City Hall initiative returns in a regionalized and expanded format for the 2025 season. From July to September, the Office of the City Clerk will bring partners across government, community organizations and business to offer services and promote wellness in Chicago’s neighborhoods.

Mobile City Hall takes place on weekdays, nights and weekends to help accommodate residents who may have a difficult time making it to City Hall during regular business hours. Mobile City Hall brings the resources directly to the community. Residents do not have to take time off work or find childcare by offering flexible hours on weekends and after work hours.

"We’re meeting our residents where they are in their neighborhoods. We want to make getting your services accessible, valuable, resourceful and efficient,” Valencia said. “I invite all our neighbors to join us in community this summer and fall to get the services they usually have to make extra time and travel for, but also, in celebrating each other and all the things that make our city great.”

Mobile City Hall brings together various City departments, sister agencies, Aldermanic offices and community organizations for each event to provide attendees with a number of different resources. This year, partners will also include local businesses that offer discounts through our CityKey program. Attendees are encouraged to explore and engage with different partners to gain valuable information and connect within their community. It will be a one-stop shop to purchase city stickers, daily parking passes, dog licenses all while exploring other services and opportunities.
