We have wrapped our Mobile City Hall for 2025, see you next year!

We believe that City services should be accessible and available to all Chicagoans, no matter where they live. In 2025, the Office of the City Clerk launched its reimagined Mobile City Hall initiative by bringing services to your community. We partnered with various City departments and sister agencies, Aldermanic offices, State and County elected officials, community organizations and CityKey business partners.

At a Mobile City Hall site, you have the opportunity to access services like:

Purchasing a City Sticker
Purchasing a Residential Parking Permits
Purchasing Dog Licenses
*Getting a FREE CityKey card
Exploring CityKey business partners
Learning more about their local community organizations

Additionally, you have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the services offered with our participating partners.
