Attending City Council Meetings

Chicago City Council meetings are open to the public. Meetings typically begin at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers located on the second floor at City Hall, 121 North LaSalle Street.

Disability Access

Any person with a disability who would benefit from a reasonable accomdation in order to attend a meeting of the City Council of attend and/or address one of its committees can contact the Sergeant-at-Arms at Alvin.starks@cityofchicago.org or 312- 744-6000. Any such request should be made as far in advance of the relevant meeting as possible to provide City staff with sufficient time to make any appropriate accommodations.
