Mobile City Hall

This year, the CityKey program will not be a part of any Mobile City Hall events. For updates and information on upcoming CityKey printing sites, please visit: https://www.chicityclerk.com/about-citykey

We believe that City services should be accessible and available to all Chicagoans, no matter where they live. The City Clerk’s Office, along with various City departments and sister agencies, Aldermanic offices and community organizations are joining forces to bring many of City Hall’s services to your neighborhood.

From May through August, the Office of the City Clerk will be hosting Mobile City Halls across the City of Chicago. These events will be held regionally and will be held on select weekdays, nights and weekends to ensure these services are conveniently available to hard-working Chicagoans. While attending a Mobile City Hall site, residents will not only have access to city services but will also have an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the services City Hall offers.
