CHICAGO – City Clerk Anna Valencia's Mobile City Hall initiative returns for the 2024 season. From May through August, Chicagoans can access city services and learn more about what City Hall offers right in their own neighborhood.

Mobile City Hall takes place on handpicked weekdays, nights and weekends to help accommodate residents who have a tough time making it to City Hall during regular business hours.

"I'm thrilled to see the program return this year," Valencia said. "Increasing the accessibility and convenience of City services for Chicagoans, regardless of their zip code or schedule, is at the core of this program."

Mobile City Hall brings together various City departments, sister agencies, Aldermanic offices and community organizations for each event to provide attendees with a number of different resources. Residents are encouraged to explore and engage different partners to gain valuable information and connect within their community.

"People in my community look forward to the Mobile City Hall event each year,” said Alderman Matthew J. O'Shea (19th Ward). “It is a convenient way for residents of all ages to handle everything from City Stickers to dog licenses, but also to learn more about other City services available at City Hall.”
